The cancellation or change of your booking is only available during business hours.
(When calculating the period for the cancellation fee, weekends, public holidays, and the travel departure date are excluded.
Please note this when making or canceling your reservation.)
(ex: Travel Date Tuesdays(Feb 7) – If the cancellation is made the previous Friday(Feb 3), it is considered to be two days before the departure.)
